A Day In The Life {Hopefully}

Not Back to School Blog Hop

This is the last week I have been dreading  (only because I worry about over scheduling) waiting for. It is the last week of the "NOT" Back To School Blog Hop at Heart of the Matter.

It is the week I get inspired by other's schedules and ideas. It helps get me motivated to write out my own. So today that is exactly what I am doing.

As of right now I only have my 3rd graders schedule written out. I have my schedule still in my head {great place for it to be huh?} and I am trying to thinking of something workable with my Preschooler and 2 yr old. However, let's be honest they might be the ones that make their schedules huh?

Here is how it looks so far.

6:30 - Wake Up, Breakfast, Dressed, Teeth, and Make Bed

7am - Bible

7:30 - Math

8am - 15 min break

8:15 - Language

8:30 - Handwriting (I'm allowing more time for this because we are starting Cursive this year)

9:00 - Reading (We are doing Total Language Plus and this by far is the subject with the most work)

10am - 15 min break and snack

10:15 - Spelling

10:45 - Music/Art {one every other day}

11:15 - Lunch

12:15 - Science/History {again every other day}

12:45 - Person of the Month Study

1:15 - Quiet Time/Personal Reading/Nap time for boys/ Study time

2:30 - Play Time

4:00 - Homework/Study Time

5:30 - Dinner Time

6:30 - Shower

8:30 - Bedtime (is that too late??)

Our Wednesday's are slightly different after Quiet Time due to Dance Class weekly.

Our Friday's are going to be way different due to Co-Op and lots of car time.

6:30 - Wake Up Routine

7am - Take Daddy to work. During car time it's review time... Bible Verses, Review History, etc.

9:00 - Co-Op Time

1:00 - Co-Op Ends and we head home

hang out, unwind time, get littlest ready for nap

2:30 - Bible

3:00 - Math

3:30 - 15 min break

3:45 - *Test Time* (like weekly Spelling Tests, etc)

5pm - Leave to pick up daddy from work

7pm - Get home and get dinner going

8pm - Shower Time

9pm - Bedtime

My husband thinks this is realistic yet unrealistic. I guess I am being overly hopeful.

How is your daily life looking to shape up? I would love to know AND if you have any advise on our schedule I would LOVE any help you could offer!!

It looks good. It might go faster than you think. We have dance 4 times a week this year. I think it is unrealistic but I can't figure out how to fix it. Boo Hoo!
Blessings,
