I love this verse. It's a beautiful reminder that even if I am going along a path that I feel I have determined and I stumble along the way I know that the LORD is actually the one who has determined these steps and that there is a lesson in that stumble he wants me to learn. I love those moments even if at the time they leave a bruise. The healing is beautiful.

Amen! I am grateful for verses like this one; verses that remind us that we are not in control; that we live under the Sovereign will of God and that He knows best what His children need.
Love your picture and editing!
Oh the power behind that verse! There have been many paths I have chosen that just weren't what they should be and the steps the Lord had me take caused many bruises. Lessons learned! Beautiful picture you put with this verse. Have a blessed week.
Oh how this spoke to my heart!! What a wonderful scripture and a beautiful picture!!! Awesome Lynds, just amazingly awesome!!! Love you!!
I have learned so much that way and had many bruises but in the end I look back and know that it was worth it and He knew best for me.
I like this verse. It reminds me to ask, "Why", not in the why me way, but in the what should I be learning today way. Love the steps!
I've been thinking a lot about this verse lately...especially in the light of plans I recently made, but they are temporarily on hold. I've come to realize that even though the plan may have been a good one, it wasn't necessarily God's plan.
So thankful He directs our steps.
Blessings,
Joan
